Get to Know Me

Julia has been working in Philly Real Estate since 2016, and got her license in 2017. In the time since, she has gained experience, knowledge, and insight into the ins and outs of buying and listing homes, which led her to start her own staging company, Juniper Staging & Design, in 2021. 

Julia loves the quirks of all of our old homes in Philly and loves the opportunity to make each of them shine, by illuminating their potential and showcasing the details that make each house special and unique. Her experience as a buyer's agent as well as her staging skills make her an incredible listing agent because she is able to walk through your home and see it with a heightened eye; she knows what buyers are attracted to because she has been there with them as they walk into homes for the first time, and she has the skills and know how to put it all together.

Julia and her feline life partner split their time between South Philly and Medford Lakes NJ, where there is a log cabin that always requires work. Julia loves the Sixers and watches every game of the year, and she loves gardening and shopping for her staging business.
